Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal and dine in. Stereo system, 55″ Large Flat Screen TV/DVD player. Swing gate at top of stairs for children. Over sized space to play games or just relax. Queen Air mattress also provided so you can sleep extra guests if needed. Half bath upstairs also. Balcony off the living area with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset. Two bedrooms downstairs with a full bath in each bedroom. Master has queen size bed with 32″ Flat Screen TV, Second bedroom has two twin beds with 22″ inch Flat Screen TV. Full size washer and dryer on the bottom floor.

Two bedrooms downstairs with a full bath in each bedroom. Master has King size bed with 32″ Flat Screen TV, Second bedroom has a trundle-(Trundle can be used as a king bed, two twins at different levels or one twin, many options) 19″ inch Flat Screen TV. Full size washer and dryer on the bottom floor.
Exit out the back to your very own private grilling area with an electric grill, watch the kids play at the pool. This pool is private, no crowds of people. Very private. The beach is just a short walk down the private gated road of snowdrift road. (About 150 Yards)

Pet Friendly: 1 or 2 Dogs. Pet must be approved by management, $175.00 Additional Pet Fee added to rental for each pet. Fenced in back yard.
We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Extra linens for each bed, pillows, beach toys and beach towels (8). I even provide a few board games, books and movies. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set!!!!

•Great house to stay at, beautiful neighborhood. Well taken care of. House and grounds very clean upon arrival. Very family friendly, from being close to the beach to the GREAT private house pool . Plenty of room to play games at night after a fun day in the sun.

•Property was even better than pictures showed. Loved that each bedroom has its our own private bathroom. The adults and kids enjoyed the private poo. Close to beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We will return again.

•House was absolutely gorgeous. More than enough space for my family and extended family. Loved the coastal feeling of the home. House was well stocked with blankets and towels. The kids totally enjoyed having the pool. We would defiantly stay again. Thanks for having us
